Johan Sverdrup FEED
Located at Utsirahøgda in the North Sea, 65 kilometers northeast of the Sleipner field. The water depth of the area is 110-120 meters. Johan Sverdrup was proven in 2010, and the PDO for phase I was approved in 2015. The drilling center has 48 well slots and is adapted for drilling, well intervention and production to be carried out simultaneously.
The process capacity in phase I will be 70.000 Sm3 oil and 6 million Sm3 of gas per day. The field is to be produced with water injection as pressure support and gas lift in the production wells. The distance between the production and injection wells is four and five kilometers.
The Subsea scope consist of 13 water injection XT & Wellheads and three subsea 4-slot templates.
The objective of the FEED study was to provide sufficient front-end engineering and develop the technical definition of subsea layout for the water injection system.
Represent Equinor Drilling and Well, in the Johan Sverdrup project.
Develop solutions from Aker Solutions, GE, FMC and One Subsea for the supply of XT, Wellheads and Workover System.
Inform the project and partners on the qualifcation status of the VXT
